Services

Sophyte Digital provides product design, AI consultancy, and content strategy services. The specific terms of any engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between Sophyte and the client.

Information on our Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of specific results.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sophyte Digital LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sophyte Digital LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
